Features:
1) When conducting braking, if one of the tyres is going to
stop running,
the normally-open valve will be closed, at that time, even
though the force
on the pedal is increasing, the pressure on the brake will
remain the same.
In such condition, the regulator will instruct the normally-close
valve to
open and then is the pressure-reduction time, after that,
when the trend
of stop of running of tyre is eliminated, the normally-open
valve will open,
while the normally-close valve close and the braking pipeline
will be at
the normal time of pressure increasing again
2) The low-pressure accumulator has the structure of spring
piston, the
function of which is to temporarily keep the brake fluid the
reflux pump
doesn't have the time to pump out
3) The reflux pump is of plunger structure, driven by the
motor, and gives
the brake fluid back to the brake baster cylinder when ABS
is conducting
braking
4) The high-pressure damper is to reduce the drastic pulsating
of the hydraulic
pressure when ABS is conducting braking and reduce the noise
of hydraulic
pressure as well
Technical requirements:
1) Medium: brake fluid (DOT4); temperature range: -40oC-
125oC; working pressure range:14-16Mpa; coil voltage:
12V (DC)
2) Insulation resistance: above 100M¦¸No flashover and breakdown
under 500V for one minute
3) All the components should be free of burs and damages and
cleaned
before assembly
4) No leakage is allowed when the hydraulic regulator is under
1.5 times
of the working pressure for 3 minutes; And no fragmentation
and damage
occurs when it is under 2.5 times of the working pressure
for 1 minute
5) The hydraulic regulator should pass 100 million times of
operation test
and the moving parts will not get stuck during the test
6) The reaction time of opening and closing of the solenoid
valve is no
more than 5ms when it is loaded
7) The time of repeatability of opening and closing of the
solenoid valve
is 0.1ms
