Company
Zhejiang Chunhui Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 as Shaoxing Chunhui Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture. It became a joint-stock company in 2001 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext market on 10 February 2021 (stock code 300943). Headquarters and manufacturing are in Shangyu, Shaoxing, Zhejiang.
What we make
Chunhui Controls designs and manufactures industrial fluid-control products across four capabilities: fluid control (gas pressure regulators, shut-off and relief valves, dual-flow and proportional solenoid valves, breakaway valves, expansion valves, hydronic blocks and valve groups, CNG and hydrogen valves); actuation (solenoid coils, electric actuators and motorised ball valves, hydronic motors); measurement (ultrasonic gas flow meters, temperature and pressure sensors, gas pressure alarms, combustible-gas detectors); and control software and systems (smart gas regulating stations, regulator early-warning, valve-chamber monitoring terminals).
Where our products are used
Our products serve energy dispensing (fuel, CNG/LNG and hydrogen stations), city gas distribution, heating and heat pumps (wall-hung boilers, heat pumps, heat interface units), automotive thermal management (A/C expansion and solenoid valves), powertrain components (engine camshafts and tappets), and emerging nuclear and hydrogen applications. Customers include Gilbarco, Wayne, Tatsuno, Bosch, Vaillant, Rinnai, Noritz, Vanward, Honeywell, China Gas, China Resources Gas, ENN, Sinopec, PetroChina, Shanghai Diesel, Sinotruk and Yuchai.
R&D and manufacturing
Chunhui is a state-supported high-tech enterprise with 70+ patents and IP rights, including 10+ invention patents and original technologies. It runs a provincial fluid-control R&D centre and leads the Zhejiang Chunhui Fluid Intelligent Control Research Institute. More than 100 engineers work in the company, over 30 of them with senior professional titles. Plants are built to international standards with production and test equipment from the United States, Germany, Italy and Japan; products are certified to CE, UL, TUV and CCC.
