The intelligent dual-flow solenoid valve is designed for use in computerized fuel dispensers to control two flow rates—high and low—enabling fast, efficient operation and precise metering of dispensed fuel. It is also suitable for rapid, efficient, and accurate metering of other liquids and gases. The valve is compatible with media such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene, and features explosion-proof safety performance.
Unlike conventional solenoid valves, the intelligent dual-flow solenoid valve employs a microchip for control. It communicates with an external main control unit and operates the valve’s on/off function only after protocol-based authentication. Additionally, it incorporates an intelligent tamper-detection feature: when strong magnets are used to attract the valve body in an attempt to cheat the system, the valve detects and logs the incident data as evidence. Furthermore, thanks to an integrated rechargeable battery, the valve maintains a low-power intrusion-detection mode even when powered off or offline, enabling continuous real-time monitoring. Compared to traditional solenoid valves, this intelligent version offers enhanced smart functionality, unified control, and anti-tampering capabilities.
