The Intelligent Gas Regulator Tester is an intelligent testing device combining an ARM microcontroller and a mobile phone APP. The tester primarily measures the operating pressure, shut-off pressure, and cut-off pressure of gas regulators. Maintenance personnel can select different test modes to perform specific testing procedures on regulators. The main test modes include patrol inspection mode, intermediate maintenance mode, and emergency repair mode, with each test mode supporting up to 10 channels of simultaneous testing.

Without operating the detector directly, simply launching the APP automatically detects gas concentration in the working environment. 2. The Intelligent Gas Regulator Tester can be used together with the Intelligent Gas Regulator Monitoring System APP. Without manual operation of the tester, running the APP enables specific testing procedures—according to selected modes—on multiple regulator channels to measure operating pressure, shut-off pressure, cut-off pressure, and more.
