Application: Automotive thermal management systems; Primary function: The air conditioning controller (ECU) sends a PWM signal (duty cycle) to the control board to drive the rotation of the rotor assembly. Through lead screw and nut transmission, the rotary motion of the rotor assembly is converted into axial linear movement of the valve needle, thereby adjusting the flow area of the valve orifice and regulating refrigerant flow.
